The Home Zone Electronic Real Estate Marketing System delivers a targeted approach that makes electronic marketing fast, affordable and effective. Individual agent accounts receive all the products and services displayed on the overview page. Individual agents may hold up to 50 listings in the system at any given time. Listings for individual agent accounts must be held by the listing agent. Teams of two are allowed to sign up under a single agent account. However, only one agent will be able to enter email and mobile phone lead generation information. Links to all products and services are emailed to the listing agent for each listing as soon as it is entered into the system. Most products are generated instantly, with a single online entry. Through this integrated approach, a unified cross-promotional campaign is instantly created for each listing and distributed to all available electronic media outlets. Although minimal effort is the objective, world class support is included through phone and chat, online documents, videos and live online training sessions. If you are not satisfied with the program, you may contact us within the first 30 days for a refund. Commitment terms are month by month. Upon cancellation, all agent and listing data will be deleted from the system. Refunds are not available after the first 30 days.
